Walk from the parking area across the river to the official base viewpoint and return.
The route crosses the Yoho River and follows a nearly level paved path toward the spray zone below Takakkaw Falls. Its simple profile makes it broadly accessible, but visitors must not climb wet rocks or leave designated viewpoints. Spray, wind and cold conditions can be pronounced even on warm days.
