Route overview
Follow the Río Eléctrico valley through open ground and lenga forest to the private Piedra del Fraile facilities and nearby viewpoint.
The route begins at the Río Eléctrico bridge and stays near the river while entering sheltered lenga forest. Piedra del Fraile is private property with campsite and accommodation facilities, followed by a short climb to a viewpoint. Extensions toward Lago Eléctrico or the Pollone area are separate, more serious objectives and are excluded from this record.
