First Footsteps winds through subalpine meadow terrain and viewpoints while presenting stories connected to the Secwepemc, Ktunaxa and Syilx/Okanagan First Nations. Sculptures, artwork and the snow-holding rock cleft known as the Icebox make the route distinct from the summit’s purely scenic walks.
